About Ian Smith

Ian Smith is a Barrister and former Clifford Chance Professor of Employment Law at the University of East Anglia. He is also an editor of the practitioner text, Harvey on Industrial Relations and Employment Law. Aaron Baker is Reader in Law at Durham University and Deputy Head of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Health. Aaron also has experience practising in employment law.
