About Jane Gardam

Mary Fedden, OBE and Royal Academician, is one of Britain's finest contemporary artists. She is famous for her glorious use of colour and strong, simple themes. Now in her eighties, she continues to paint with great creativity and her new work is always a highlight of the Royal Academy's Summer Exhibition. Her paintings hang in both the Tate Gallery and at Windsor Castle.
