Accept or decline?

How do we respond when God invites us to do something? Do we run in the opposite direction, like Jonah? Or soak up His teaching, like Mary?

God is all-powerful but He won't force us to do anything. Whatever our initial response might be, God keeps asking, knocking and nudging us to accept His invitation. This issue, let's think about how to respond to the Lord of the universe. When God presents us with a challenge, what's our answer?
