About Jim Bright

Jim Bright was born in the UK and lived there until 1995, when he gained his PHD in Psychology from Nottingham University and emigrated to take up his position as Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the University of New South Wales. He works as an industry consultant in the areas of selection, testing and training. Joanne Earl is affiliated to the College of Organisational Psychology and the Australian Association of Career Counsellors.
