John Russell is an established contractual consultant, specialising in the assistance and protection of electrical and mechanical sub-contractors. He writes for "Electrical Times" under the pseudonym Jack Russell, the Contractual Terrier. He is on the Claims Consultants List in the "ECA Manual" and is on the register of Adjudicators maintained by the BEC.
