Advance Care Planning in End of Life Care Reviews

Although expressly written for professionals, students in healthcare and especially palliative care would benefit from studying from these experts ... This book could be used by professionals to build their expertise in the field. Reading this book should enable them to provide expert advice and assistance to their patients/clients regarding end-of-life choices. * Doody's Notes *
I like how the book is formatted in a way that makes it easy to read either from cover to cover or by dipping in and out... Overall, the book will be valuable not only to clinicians working in the field of end -of-life care but also to social workers, postgraduate students, patients, carers, and even family members. The use of interesting case studies provides a useful balance, with content that liberates the reader to think outside the box. * International Journal of Palliative Nursing *
The purpose is to provide a comprehensive reference for healthcare professionals: medical, social work, counseling, or even pastoral care. These objectives have been marvelously interwoven throughout the chapters, and the book is indeed a needed resource for all in this area. * Doody's *
