As a mild-mannered weatherman, Cliff Thornhill, Captain Fact works at the local television station. When reports of erupting volcanoes, oil slicks, comets on collision course and other disasters reach the newsroom, Cliff pulls on this Fact Suit, and transforms into Captain Fact, ready to save the planet again with his trusty side-kick, Knowledge the dog.
