Coach and Couch Reviews

'Coach and Couch: The Psychology of Making Better Leaders is a powerful reminder that Leadership, very much like Art, blends irrationality and rationality. This book explores the clinical perspective and applies it to the business context. I have found that this approach, which focuses on self-reflection and the observation of others, is particularly helpful in confronting the challenges of leadership. ' - Edward Dolman , CEO, Christie's

'Finally, the long-awaited volume on the theories, methods and practices of what is widely considered as one of the most innovative and effective programs in the development of leaders and high performance teams in the world today. The wealth of experience, knowledge and insight gathered in these pages is truly remarkable. In the rapidly expanding field of executive coaching, this book on the development of creative leadership in today's complex organizations is destined to be a landmark. This is as good as it gets.' - Sudhir Kakar, Visiting Professor, INSEAD, psychoanalyst, anthropologist and novelist
