About Loyd Case

Stephen J. Bigelow is the founder and president of Dynamic Learning Systems - a technical writing, research, and small publishing company specialising in electronic and PC service topics. Bigelow is the author of 15 feature-length books for Osborne/McGraw-Hill, including Troubleshooting, Maintaining, and Repairing PCs. Bigelow is a contributing editor at CNET (the PC Mechanic column and feature articles) and a regular contributor with SmartComputing.
