On the Isle of Spice in the Caribbean, Aglo and his friend Petal look for the beautiful Nutmeg Princess, who has thousands of tiny braids, with a dewdrop like a diamond at the end of each, and lives at the bottom of a lake, appearing only when the nutmegis ready for picking.
