Summary

Bee Frog's parents don't have much time for her games, so off she hops all by herself. Bee makes dragon noises but soon begins to wonder if dragons get lonely... Before long her parents come looking for her and - "croak!" - Bee springs a surprise on them! Reunited, the family hop home for some lovely frog tea.

Martin Waddell is widely acknowledged as one of the greatest living writers of books for children. Barbara Firth is a Kate Greenaway Medal-winning illustrator and has worked on numerous picture books by Martin Waddell including the 1989 Kurt Maschler Award-winning The Park in the Dark. She lives in West Yorkshire.
