Slight crinkling to gutters however binding remains firm. Pages and plates are heavily tanned with heavy foxing. Heavier tanning and foxing to Introduction and back pastedown and free endpaper. Minor red marks to pastedowns. Pen inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Slight crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Moderate tanning to spine. Minor black marks to back board.
