1947. First Edition. 224 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with a colour illustrated frontis and black and white illustrated plates throughout. Moderate tanning to pages with light foxing and tanning to text block edges. Slight dog-eared pages throughout and front hinge is cracked with exposed netting. Frontis is detached but still present with pencil inscription to title page. Binding is also shaky. Boards have visible rubbing and sunning with noticeable bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and distinctive sunning to spine as well.
