Anne E. Morris is Honorary Senior Research Fellow in Law and Michael A. Jones is Emeritus Professor of Law at the University of Liverpool where they taught medical law for over 25 years. They have both published widely in the field, and Professor Jones is the general editor of the definitive practitioner work, Clerk and Lindsell on Torts and author of Medical Negligence.
