Annie Burdick is a writer, editor and community inclusion specialist for disabled adults. She lives in Oregon with her partner and rescue dog and loves finding new adventures in her spare time. She has written for Eater, The Spruce, O.School, Llewellyn's Herbal Almanac, and other publications. This is her first book.
