Roderick Kramer is the William R. Kimball Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Stanford Business School. Kramer received a Ph.D. in social psychology from the University of California Los Angeles. His work focuses on how self-perception enhances human effectiveness, particularly in group processes, leadership, and negotiations. Robert Livingston is Assistant Professor of Management and Organizations at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management. Livingston received a Ph.D. in social psychology from the Ohio State University. He employs social cognitive approaches to studying issues related to diversity and leadership. His work has appeared in major outlets such as Psychological Science, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology.
