Sarah Cadji spent ten years working in finance, until she got ill in 2010. Exhausted by doctors prescribing her rollercoaster diets - Sarah began researching food and especially the health benefits of cold-pressed juice. After years of research and a course in nutrition, she quit her job in finance to lead a healthier life. She opened up Roots & Bulbs in Marylebone in January 2014 and is due to open her second site, in South Kensington in September 2014 with plans for a third in 2015.
