Results – Men and women in each pay quartile
The data shows that across all 4 quartiles, World of Books Limited has a significantly higher proportion of men to women and this is also reflected in Q1 and Q2 quartiles within World of Books Group Limited.
• Similar to many other organisations this is reflective of a higher proportion of men in our leadership team.
• We can see that there are relatively even proportions of men and women within the Q3 and Q4 quartiles in World of Books Group Limited

• Flexible Working – ensuring all Wobbers are aware of flexible working opportunities and available support.
• Reviewing all pay decisions with calibrated decision making so that all Wobbers regardless of gender are paid in line with their performance and contribution to the business.
