Currently a senior consultant with IBM Global Services, Dr. Spitzer is one of the world's foremost authorities on organizational motivation and is the author of six books, including SuperMotivation: A Blueprint for Energizing Your Organization from Top to Bottom, and 130 articles and chapters on organizational performance improvement.
