101 More Dance Games for Children by Paul Rooyackers
The games here combine dance and play in ways that release a child's spontaneity and self-expression. No dance training or athletic skills are needed - just a willingness to have fun and experience the joys of moving and interacting with others. 101 MORE DANCE GAMES FOR CHILDREN includes games that encourage total involvement and cooperation from participants. This book is the sequel to 101 Dance Games for Children and, when used together, both books offer instructors a wealth of possibilities for planning play sessions. Each game contains an age guideline, an estimated time of play and suggestions for the most appropriate type of music. Most of the games require no props. These games are flexible enough to be used by parents, teachers, daycare providers or other group leaders in a variety of settings. Ages 4-16
