The 21 Lessons of Merlyn by Douglas Monroe
For those with an inner drive to touch genuine Druidism--or who feel that the lore of King Arthur touches them personally--The 21 Lessons of Merlyn will come as an engrossing adventure and psychological journey into history and magic. This is a complete introductory course in Celtic Druidism, packaged within the framework of 21 authentic and expanded folk story / lessons that read like a novel.
Since his first apprenticeship at the age of ten, Douglas Monroe has been involved in actual Earth witchcraft. He learned classical magic as a child under Israel Regardie's tutelage, and has since studied and taught in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Argentina. He is the founder of the New Forest Centre for Magickal Studies and has traveled extensively throughout Celtic Britain in search of original Druid and Arthurian lore. His teaching method - here presented as tales of magic and adventure - has numerous predecessors in Eastern and Western Wisdom Teachings, but most notably in the Druidic Tradition, which he has followed and of which he is a leading exponent.
