The 8 Traits Successful People Have in Common by Richard St John
This book has been called The ultimate guide to success. It's an inspiring and practical guide to achievement that brings success down to earth and makes it understandable. The author spent ten years researching success and doing face-to-face interviews with Bill Gates, Martha Stewart, Richard Branson, Robin Williams, Steven Spielberg, the Google founders, five Nobel Prize winners and 500 other super successful people.
