Talbot, David Abner: - Dr. David Abner Talbot, was from British Guyana and relocated to Ethiopia where he became Editor-in-Chief of The Ethiopian Herald and was an adviser to Emperor Haile Selassie I. He also was the chief editor of Ethiopia: Liberation Silver Jubilee (1941-1966) which was published by the Publications & Foreign Languages Press Department, MINISTRY OF INFORMATION, Addis Ababa - Ethiopia, 1966. Dr. Talbot received The Order of The Commander of Menelik with Plaque for his outstanding contributions to Ethiopia and was married to Egyptian born Twahilda Talbot.
