Quinn, Frederick: - Fredrick Quinn has published fourteen previous books, one of which was named a Times Literary Supplement International Book of the Year. He is the author of over a hundred articles and book reviews in the professional and popular press and has been a clergy staff volunteer at the Cathedral for a quarter century. A former newspaper writer and head of a cabinet secretary's speech writing and public information staff, he holds a doctorate degree in history from the University of California at Los Angeles. He lives in Washington, DC.
