Alone on the South Downs Way by Holly Worton

In 2015, the author decided to embark on a 100-mile journey walking along one of England's National Trails. An avid walker, she thought she was up for the challenge of an eight-day hike, and happily set off to explore the South Downs. What followed was a beautiful journey through Nature that was both more satisfying and more difficult than she ever imagined.Undaunted, and after walking various other long-distance trails in the following years, she returned to the South Downs in 2019 for a second go. She was able to avoid all the mistakes she had made on her first journey, and the two experiences were like night and day. This book contains all the blisters, sweat, and tears from the first life-changing journey-and all the joy, presence, and magic of the second one.More than just a walking travelogue or memoirs of a walking holiday, this book contains the author's reflections on walking the South Downs Way, including lessons learned and practical information to help you plan your hiking adventure. It includes a suggested packing list, gear recommendations, and other useful tips, such as when to walk the trail, where to stay, and how much you'll need to budget. This book will not only get you inspired to walk the South Downs Way or another long-distance trail, but it will also encourage you to reconnect with yourself through the magic of Nature.

Holly Worton is a business mentality coach for women entrepreneurs and an author. She works with women who are trapped and irritated because their business isn't generating enough revenue. Holly assists people in overcoming their fear of being seen, establishing aligned prices for their products and services, and taking inspired action to expand their business. Her first solo release, Business Beliefs: 600+ Beliefs That Make Up a Successful Business Mindset, is the first in a series of practical books aimed at assisting entrepreneurs with their business attitude. Business Barriers: How to Identify and Release Your Blocks to Build a Successful Business Mindset was the next book.

Her third business book was Company Visibility: How to Change Your Business Attitude and Improve Your Visibility. Business Intuition: How to Tap Into Your Intuition for Simple Business Success, her fourth book, was published in August 2016. It's usually not a lack of business or marketing knowledge it keeps us back in business, according to Holly: that's all easy to learn. It is our entrepreneurial mindset that prevents us from starting the company we desire.

If you've ever struggled with self-confidence, self-esteem, or even setting prices that reflect your genuine worth, it's time to look into how you may change your subconscious beliefs and develop a mindset that is ready to succeed. There are many quick and simple ways to get past your current business mindset's fears, blockages, and limiting beliefs and toward your vision of your perfect business...the first step is to acknowledge your current business mindset's fears, blocks, and limiting beliefs. Holly is an avid walker who is now creating a series of walking journals based on her solitary excursions in nature, in addition to her business books. Walking the Downs Link: Guidebook and Thoughts on Walking from St. Albans to Eastbourne was published in June 2016, and Alone on the South Downs Way: One Woman's Alone Trip from Winchester to Eastbourne was published in June 2017.

In September 2016, Martha's Hill to Shoreham-by-Sea was released.
