She recently finished a project about Amish folk artists and published Two Amish Folk Artists: The Tale of Henry Lapp and Barbara Ebersol, a book about them.
Stoltzfus is the director of Intercourse, Pennsylvania's The People's Place Gallery. She now resides in Lancaster, around 10 miles from her ancestral home.
