Kim is Assistant Professor of Global Environmental Governance at the Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development, Utrecht University in the Netherlands. He is a Senior Research Fellow with the Earth System Governance Project, and Co-Chair of its Taskforce on Earth System Law.
