Michael Bader is a professor of computer science at Technische Universität München, where he directs the Leibniz Supercomputing Centre's research group on hardware-aware algorithms and software for high-performance computing. In his research and teaching, he focuses on the algorithmic issues that current computing platforms provide. Exploiting the locality qualities of space-filling curves for simulation tasks in science and engineering is a big part of his work.
