The second in a series of amazing (and almost true ) stories of a girl named Clara and her little black dog, Pockets. Each page is filled with large, brightly-colored original illustrations taken from watercolors painted by the author. The Pockets books help teach children some small lessons about life; being happy, laughing, sharing, playing with others, and being a friend. In this adventure, the big picnic got rained out, and now Clara can't think of anything to do for fun. Pockets knows there's fun outside somewhere and she's determined to help Clara find it, even if it means they both get all muddy and soaking wet.
