Basic Hairdressing by Stephanie Henderson
Revised to incorporate the changes to Hairdressing NVQs, this Level 2 coursebook is divided into chapters, each of which covers a complete NVQ unit and provides help with the preparation of portfolios. The book's topics include afro-relaxing and long-hair setting, shaving, instructive use of colour on key areas (disease and barbering), and hairdressing practices and procedures. Short practical exercises and self-testing sections cover core skills and technical knowledge.
