It draws together aspects of media studies, cultural studies, and social commentary to examine the position of The Prisoner as a 'television classic'.
Chris Gregory is a retired educator - retired after 34 years as a high school history teacher and administrator in small schools of eastern Washington State. Dismounted Liberty is his second book, having previously written and published the successful Buckshot Pie. He lives with his wife Kathy at Tekoa, Washington.
