She moved to Ohio when she was four years old and has lived there ever since. Her Scottish accent has faded, but she still has the hair. Ruth currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio, with her husband and hopes to one day acquire a small cabin in the woods where she can continue to create books. Her debut novel is Beasts of Extraordinary Circumstance.
