Jon Savage is the author of Teenage: The Creation of Youth 1875-1945 (2007), The Kinks: The Official Biography (1984), and the award winning England's Dreaming: The Sex Pistols and Punk Rock (1991). He is also the co-editor of the Faber Book of Pop (1995).
