The Best Grammar Workbook Ever is a comprehensive instructional guide for ages 10-110. It covers grammar basics, common grammar problems, punctuation, capitalization, and word usage. In addition to a Pretest and Final Test, there are more than 100 practice exercises and tests at the end of each chapter. A complete list of answers is included in one of the appendixes. Arlene grew up in the Boston area and attended school and worked there until 1993, when she and her family moved to Sonoma County, California. She began her writing career as a reporter and editor for newspapers before transitioning to technical writing in the 1980s. The Society of Technical Writers has given her two prizes for excellence. Miller has recently worked as a freelance book editor and blogger.

She also spent 11 years as a public school teacher in California. Arlene has a B.A. in English. a B.A. in English and Journalism, as well as a M.A. teaching and school administration certifications, as well as a bachelor's degree in Humanities.
