Best Love, Rosie by Nuala O'faolain

Like many a modern woman, Rosie has lived a full and fascinating life. However, facing the challenges of later middle age, she finds that the things she has defined herself by most - work, love, independence - begin to fail her. She returns home to Ireland to care for her aunt Min, but when opportunity arises to visit the States, the story takes an unexpected turn... Canny, heartfelt and courageous, Best Love, Rosie is the keenly awaited novel from Nuala O'Faolain who sadly passed away in 2008.
Nuala O’Faolain (1940-2008) was one of Ireland’s best-loved journalists and writers. She came to international attention for her two volumes of memoir, Are you somebody?(1996) and Almost there (2003). She also wrote the novel, My Dream of You (2001), and a history with commentary, The Story of Chicago May (2005). Her first three books were all featured on the New York Times Bestseller list.
