Jason Hall co-created the critically-acclaimed PISTOLWHIP series of books published by Top Shelf. This includes writing Mephisto and the Empty Box and Pistolwhip: The Yellow Menace. (Back in his more reckless college years, he also wrote/directed a short movie where he played "Jack Peril" - the character's first appearance - and actually rode on top of and was hit by a speeding car!)

For Dark Horse, he's written the third volume of the Hellboy Animated graphic novels, the "Official Hellboy Timeline" for the Hellboy Companion, multiple stories for Star Wars Tales and Clone Wars Adventures, as well as The Amazing Adventures of the Escapist, the adaptation of the horror film The Messengers, and created/wrote the Rocket Comics series Crush. In addition, he's written a young reader's guide to the Justice League cartoon for DK Publishing.
