On January 17, 1945, President Roosevelt signed Executive Order 9513 creating a Top Secret organization called the Black and White Club. Today, the organization runs a vast network of agents through all facets of society, government, business, intelligence, and the military. They are looking for their newest member: FBI Special Agent Joshua C. Martin. Josh left the family estate in New Hampshire to serve his country as a member of the U.S. Coast Guard.
