Caroline Thompson, a.k.a. The Chef, is a fictional character Caroline brings a wealth of experience to the table as a former banker, foundation fund-raising officer, and abstract oil painter as she demonstrates a novel approach to make nightshade-free cuisine. Her passion for creative design is evident in her menus, which showcase delectable dishes. Her diets, on the other hand, are no longer painful for those who are sensitive to nightshade vegetables. Caroline has developed her culinary abilities at workshops all around the United States.

She underwent an intense French cooking school at the Cooking School of the Rockies in Boulder, Colorado, in the late 1990s. In 1997, she attended the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, for a 12-day course. Caroline still enjoys cooking!
