Greig Beck grew up in Sydney, Australia, just across the street from Bondi Beach. Surfing, sunbathing, and reading science fiction on the beach were all part of his early days. He went on to study computer technology and work in the financial software business before earning his MBA. Greig now spends his days writing, but he still finds time to surf at Bondi Beach, where he grew up. He and his wife, son, and a massive German shepherd live in Sydney.
