Dr. E.W.Kenyon was born in Saratoga County, New York, in 1867. At the age of sixteen, he predicted his first sermón. He pastored several churches in New England and founded the Bethel Bible Institute in Spencer, Massachusetts. (After the school was relocated to Providence, Rhode Island, it became the Institute of Biblical Providence.) Kenyon worked as an evangelist for more than twenty years.

With his program Kenyon's Church of the Air, he became a pioneer of Christian radio on the Pacific coast in 1931, winning the award for Faith Builder. In Seattle, Washington, the New Covenant Baptist Church was also founded. Kenyon scribbled prolifically in addition to his pastoral and radio ministry. Dr. E.W. In Seattle, he also founded the New Covenant Baptist Church. Kenyon wrote substantially in addition to his pastoral and radio ministry.
