Book of Step-by-step Massage and Aromatherapy by Mark Evans
Massage is a source of relief and relaxation. Massage is often, but not always, combined with aromatherapy. This book includes massage techniques that aim to relieve tension through physical pressure on the muscles. It also shows you the benefits of aromatherapy as well as how to use perfumed oils that allow direct communication with the emotions.
Mark Evans has a BPhil in Complementary Health Studies and a Licentiate in Aromatherapy, and he is a fully trained masseur. Rosalind Oxenford has her own School of Reflexology to train practitioners, and lectures and writes many articles about reflexology. Suzanne Franzen is co-principal of the British School of Shiatsu-Do. She practices and teaches shiatsu throughout Europe, and has written extensively on the subject.
