Kibby conceptualized a gluten-free cafe & bakery in 2018 outside Savannah, Georgia. She operated it for three years before selling it. Prior/post to that experience Kibby operated two cottage food bakeries selling at farmers markets and via weekly menu ordering. In her former lives she was a bank and retail manager, entrepreneur, reflexologist, and storm chaser assistant, to just name a few of her working hobbies

Kibby has thoughtfully curated the recipes, including customer favorites and best sellers from over the years of owning and operating her small-batch gluten-free bakeries. Recipes that received the most raves and/or reorders and requests have been carefully written and tested. The directions are simple and sometimes entertaining.
