ANDREW PENCE is a decorated U.S. Navy SEAL Captain retired from a thirty-year military career, during which he built high-performance teams, solved complex problems, and delivered superior results under pressure in rapidly changing environments. Today, he uses these skills to drive performance, develop leaders, and improve organizational effectiveness. Andrew is a PhD candidate in Leadership Studies at the University of San Diego and resides in Montana with his wife, Natalia, and son, Gabriel.
