Gino has followed this concept since he first started cooking. Gino is a permanent chef on This Morning and has launched many eateries across the country. He was born in Napoli and trained at the Luigi de Medici Culinary College. He is also the author of several bestselling books, most notably Gino'sHidden Italy - the newest TV tie-in from his enormously popular Gino's Italian Escape series.
