Dr. Borgen is the co-founder and co-developer of the Career Management Professional Program, an innovative facilitated e-learning program providing professional development opportunities to career development professionals around the world. She is the president of Life Strategies Ltd., through which she provides consulting and research services, workshops, and presentations on a broad spectrum of issues related to career development. As an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia, Dr. Borgen teaches graduate students in counselling psychology.
