It walks you through an introductory microeconomics course.Yoram Bauman, the world's first and only stand-up economist, has shared the stage with everyone from Robin Williams to Paul Krugman at colleges and business gatherings. He has been featured in TIME Magazine, as well as on PBS and NPR, and is the co-author of the Carton Introduction to Climate Change and the two-volume Cartoon Introduction to Economics, all of which are now available in Chinese, German, Italian, and other languages. He is also the organizer of the American Economic Association's annual meeting's humor session. Yoram currently resides in Seattle, where he started Non-Profit Comedy, a series of benefit concerts that have earned about $100,000 for local charities. He graduated from Reed College with a BA in mathematics and a doctorate in economics from the University of Washington.
He is a fellow at the Sightline Institute in Seattle, and in 2011, he was a visiting scholar at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing for five months. www.standupeconomist.com is his website.
