Change by Curtis Bateman

Change offers readers a guide to implementing The Change Paradox mentality into everyday life. Fear of change is counterintuitive, and FranklinCovey team members Curtis Bateman, Curtis Garbett, Marche Barney, and Andy Cindrich have compiled advice and anecdotes that encourage readers to not only accept, butownchange, inside and outside of the work office.
With over 25 years experience in the training industry, Curtis is an internationally recognised presenter, content developer, change consultant, business, leader, and coach. His passion for enabling organisations "at change" was established early on, resulting in him co-creating a number of transformative, industry-leading solutions, such as Change Element, Leaders@Change, Managing Millenials, Millenials@Work and the Change Practictioner. Curtis's career has taken him all over the world, engagin in high-impact work with global accounts such as Disney, Etisalat in UAE, and Bloomberg, to today overseeing the success of FranklinCovey's entire international division. This experience across continents is invaluable to his ability to connect with individuals, informing a thoughtful, intentional, and inclusive appraoch to delivery that empowers others to bring their best, whatever their geography or industry. Marché Pleshette is a skilled leadership coach who has been a FranklinCovey consultant for 15 years. She loves the opportunity to live her personal mission of encouraging and empowering people to actualize their greatest potential. Before coming to FranklinCovey, she worked for a major health system in Atlanta as a manager of employee retention. Marché is often told that her style of delivery takes what participants thought would feel mechanical, and makes it easier to understand and execute in the real world. She holds a B.A. in mass communications with a journalism focus, is certified through the International Coach Federation, and has been trained through the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara. Andy Cindrich began his work with FranklinCovey in 1999. He loves his job because the work FranklinCovey does aligns with his personal mission statement to help teams and individuals win. Andy’s experience owning and operating a successful business allows him to customize each client intervention. He has worked with clients to drive results in every imaginable area from safety, to improved sales, to unprecedented improvements in employee engagement, to dramatic decreases in cycle time, to 9-figure cost savings in as little as 5 months. Andy has worked with a variety of industries including software, insurance, hospitality, banking, construction, healthcare, chemical, automobile, mortgage, technology, telecom, energy, and pharmaceutical industries, among others. He has also worked with several US government departments and agencies. He has a master’s in educational leadership, a B.S. in teaching both psychology and history, and a minor in coaching.
