Carmen Argondizzo is Professor of English Linguistics at the University of Calabria (Italy) where she teaches students majoring in Economics, Business Administration and Political Science. She is President of the University Language Centre where she coordinates European projects aimed at enhancing students' autonomous learning in the academic and professional sectors. She is currently President of AICLU (Associazione Italiana Centri Linguistici Universitari), which has the objectives of both fostering research in language learning and teaching as well as presenting such research in national and European contexts.
