Eagranie teaches chocolate-tasting classes in Vancouver and Seattle, including introductory workshops, master classes and chocolate-whiskey seminars. She is also a regular speaker on the subject of chocolate in the United States and Canada. She has spent the past three years cultivating relationships with chocolate makers across the world and has direct access to them. She is also an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa.
