MIKE RICHARDSON is the President and Founder of Dark Horse Comics, a multi-award-winning multinational publishing firm that he founded in 1986. He's also the President of Dark Horse Entertainment, where he's worked on a number of film and television projects. He has also created films based on his own creations, such as The Mask and Timecop, in addition to producing films like R.I.P.D., Hellboy, and The Mystery Men. Richardson owns Items From Another World, a popular pop culture store network that stretches from Universal City Walk in Los Angeles to his hometown of Milwaukie, Oregon. Richardson is the author of Comics Between the Panels and Blast Off!, as well as a number of graphic novels and comics series. In Lake Oswego, Oregon, he lives with his wife, Karie, and their dog.
